EASY AS 1-2-3... 1. Brewing Your Beer
A Vine Park Brew Coach will help you and your group brew the recipe of your choice. During the brewing process, you will measure the necessary ingredients and add them to the brewkettle. (Your time: 1-1/2 to 2 hours)

 
GENERAL INFORMATION Scheduling
To set up a reservation to brew, all you have to do is call us at 651-228-1355 or reserve online. Our friendly brew coaches will help you find a time that will fit your schedule.

Brew times
Tuesday through Friday: 1pm, 4pm, and 7pm**.
Saturday: 9am, Noon, and 3pm

*Our 11am Weekday Morning Brewing Appointments will now be reserved for Corporate Team Building Events & groups booking four or more kettles. These reservations will need to be made by calling us at 651-228-1355 and not using our on-line system.

**Our Wednesday night 7pm slot is reserved for Brew Club.

Your bottling appointment will be exactly two weeks after you brew at approximately the same time. From now until Labor Day weekend, Vine Park Brewing Co will be closed on Mondays.

Make your appointment ahead of time to make sure kettles are available. Evening and weekend time slots usually fill up fill first. On the other hand, it never hurts to call and see if kettles are available if you are looking for an impromptu brewing adventure. Rainy weather is great brewing weather! Don't let bad weather cancel your group event, just switch to a fun indoor activity.

On-Line Scheduling

Large Groups
We can accomodate groups up to 30 people for a brewing experience. We have six kettles so you can brew up to six batches at a time. Each kettle will produce a 12 gallon batch of beer, which will give you 72-22oz. bottles. For space reasons we ask that you have no more than 3 people per kettle unless you reserve all six kettles. If you reserve all six kettles you may have up to 4 people per kettle.

Cancellation Policy
Any time you reserve 3 or more kettles we ask that you notify us in advance with your recipe selections. We also require a credit card number to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel any or all of your kettles for a brewing session, please notify us at least one week prior to your brew date. If you notify us less than one week before, you may incur a $50 per kettlle cancellation fee.

Gift Certificates
We now have two options for purchasing Gift Certificates. They can be ordered via our secure on line system by clicking here. Or you can just call us at the Brewery to ask questions or purchase over the telephone.

Gift Certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount you choose. As a guide, the average price of a batch of beer is $150, and the average price for the wine is $175. If they are a first time customer, they will need to invest in a supply of bottles. Bottles for a batch of beer will run about $58 and for wine about $30. The recipient will then call us to make a reservation and decide which recipe or wine they will be making. They may also bring a friend or two along to enjoy the experience.

Gift Certificates can now be customized & personalized for those of you who wish to give them to clients, employees, or other groups. We can have names, logos and sentiments printed within the certificate for that "professional" look.
