A Vine Park Guarantee
At Vine park, we stand by our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your beer or wine, for whatever the reason, just return your full unopened bottles, and we will issue you a credit towards your next batch. It's that simple. (Offer expires 30 days after bottling.)
We have created a recipe information sheet to help you choose your recipe(s) for brewing. Included on page 1 is information about color, body, alcohol content, and a commercial comparison column. These commercial comparisons are beers available locally that you might be familiar with. We are NOT suggesting that our recipes duplicate those beers. These beers illustrate the same style of beer as our recipe. Thus our commercial comparison of our Capital Hill Pilsner to Pilsner Urquell simply means that Capital Hill is a traditionally styled pilsner, but not that it tastes exactly like Pilsner Urquell. Page 2 tries to give you a very general idea, in a visual way, of the color and whether the basic underlying taste of the beer is bitter, malty sweet, or more balanced.

Dubbel
is rich brown ale that is complex in flavor with notes of chocolate & caramel. High in alcohol and body, your nose will pick up plum & raisin. $195.00
Tripel
is where things get real serious. This very high alcohol beer is light in color, spicy aromas, and a complex taste of malt, alcohol tones, and a citrus fruit overlay. You will want to let this one age a bit as it will improve in flavor. $195.00
Saison
Originally made in household breweries during spring. A fairly strong & hoppy creation for summer drinking with a striking bitterness. Special yeast fills it with a striking spicy, peppery and earthy tartness. $195.00
Bière de Garde
This beer demands a little extra from the brewer. This Ale is fermented with a Lager Yeast at Ale temperatures resulting in bronze color, higher alcohol levels and a "clean" taste. More of a richer, sweeter, and malt focused taste then a Saison w/o the spice & tartness. Plan on cold-conditioning this in the bottle for two months before serving. $195.00
