Hard Cider
Long part of our menu, our Hard Apple Cider is a delicious hybrid beverage. Mixed up like our wines it takes just minutes to make. Bottling is just two weeks later just like our beers. We chilled, keg, and carbonate the cider so you will take home 72 of the 22oz beer bottles after bottling it. Apple Cider for Adults! This delicious cider will remind you of champagne with its pale yellow color & lively sparkle of carbonation. Serve at holiday parties or out on the patio for a refreshing change. $185.00
Hard Lemonade or Hard Cranberry Lemonade
After some serious research, we introduced our new flavor treat on the 2009 Brews Cruise to rave reviews. While we don’t know how long we can offer it, we do have a good supply on hand now. You make this just like the Hard Cider, so plan to bottle & enjoy just two weeks after making it. Tart, carbonated, and full of flavor; don’t be like Mike, do it yourself! $185.00 Bottles available separately.
And now…introducing Twisted Mist!
Summer cocktails on the patio and you want something tangy. Twisted Mist Strawberry Margarita & Twisted Mist Mojito are refreshing wine based cocktails. Each batch will be done like our Blended Fruit Wines; a quick creation, a six week wait to bottle & start enjoying. Yield 29-30 750ml wine bottles. Twisted Mist are non-carbonated but with alcohol content of a standard wine or bar mixed cocktail. $185.00 labels included, bottles available separately.
Fruit Blended Wines
We now offer seven different flavors of this summer favorites. With about half the alcohol of our standard varietal wines, many people like these sweeter fruit forward flavored beverages. Yield 29-30 750ml wine bottles. $100.00 details on our wine page.
